Dad has lost a stone in 1 week !!!!!!!

My mum and dad started SS last week after seeing me loose so well. They got weighed a day early on Fri so they were on my weigh in day too. DAD LOST 1 STONE IN A WEEK !!!!!!! isnt that so great!!!!! Mum was jelouse cos she only lost 6 pounds, which is still great but looks small compared to him now, lol. And I lost 5lb on my 3rd week.
