    This morning i had...
    special k 250ml milk
    banana+2 plums+1 peach, cold meat.
    ham stir fry+activia cherry yogurt.
    Still really focused.

    Hope you don't mind me making a suggestion, but I notice you've got a number of threads - you could have one main diary thread - it makes it easier for people to comment and follow your journey!

    It seems you can alter the thread title to suit your updates too, although I haven't quite worked that one out yet!!!

    Anyway - keep up the good work!
