Daisy Attempts Low G.L Diary..........

This is my new Diary......I need to lose another 37lbs, and then maintain my loss. I have read Nigel Denby's book twice and Im ready to have a go.............

Yesterday,
Breakfast = 1 slice bacon/egg/mushrooms/freah tomatoe/ 1 tablespoon brown sause
1 tea 1 water
Lunch = chilli beef strips on a salad with peppers
1 Diet Coke
Dinner = white fish/ mixed veg/lemon juice/
2 teas
2 waters

So today I had
Porridge (which I adore)
1- tea
1-water
Lunch was half tin tuna/green salad/boiled egg / 1 tbs of Mayonnasie/ 1 Banana
1-Coffee
Dinner- was a repeat of lunch because it was so nice! minus the egg but added 3 ryvitas.
more tea and more water.
Orange.
I have no idea if im on the right track but its been nice after L/T lol :D I havent done a Low G.L shop yet but I have started making a list.

So far today Ive had

handfull of green grapes
water/tea

bowl of salad with 1/2 tin of mixed beans. 2 x Ryvitas. 1/2oz of cheese/ Strawberries
water/tea

For dinner I had - salmon/veg/ half a potatoe, 1/4 tin of mixed beans/strawberries
