Don't treat your blips as such a dramatic and overwhelming occurrence. We all do such things from time to time and most probably you will have a hiccup again in the not too distant future...:)

Take it easy and take a deep breath, relax and get back on track.

Claire i've been there more than once as you know and all i can say is don't dwell on it. You feel awful, you have done fantastic so far now keep up the good work x

Oh I am with you today..!! I feel exactly the same. infact, I dont know, i feel better now and I could happpily kick myself.. but i felt that way earlier. I am taking today on the chin, putting it down to a bad experience (as well as being physically ill without a question... i would also question my mental health LOL) and thinking afresh as of about half an hour ago! As they say, never let a bad fail become a bad day and bad month.. i have always followed that when actively dieting and it stops me chucking the towel in!!
