Hi Everyone,

Hope your all enjoying the lovely weather :), i joing my local Slimming World last night so today is my first day. I just want a few opinions on weather im eating properly.

I chose to do slimming world because im a very fussy easter and the extra easy plan suited me really well, so day one and this is what ive had/ plan to have:

Breakfast - 1 piece of wholemeal bread (HEB) with 2 scrambled eggs and a muller Probiotic Yoghurt (2 1/2 syns)
Snack - Bannana
Lunch - Jacket Potato with Baked Beans, Muller Light Yoghurt
Snack - Bannan and apple
Tea - Gammon and Egg with slimming world chips

Drinks - Water x 2 glasses, tea x 1 using HEA, and diet coke x 1

Question : do you have to use all of your healthy extras?

The only veg i will eat is Carrots and Peas, Only fruit is Banannas and apples and i wont eat salad so not sure if this diet will still help me to loose weight.

Any help or feedback would be really good
