Does anybody know the syn value for these? They're new so could not find any information on them .

Nutrional information per serving (160g) is:
Kcals 190
Protein 7.8
Carbs 29.8
Fat 4.2

I'd go for 9.5 syns each (using the 20 cals / 1 syn rule). .They're not fat free, no free allowance and lots of sugar.
