Hi guys
I heard somewhere that dates are a good alternative to sweets as they are very sweet themselves.
I've order a box from the Internet of Ajwa Dates. Now I asked the company if these where dried or raw and they said they are raw. So my question is on the WW online tracker is says raw dates are free? Do you think this is right?
