Hello again,

I'm back after a brief stay in SW which I didn't really do well on at all! A couple of weeks off and I am back to my heaviest already.

So, I've rejoined WW online this morning, and am re-setting all of my targets in manageable chunks. For my first target I am aiming for 11lbs off which is my 5% target as set by WW. And then I will review. My aim for this target is 17 December (6 weeks).

I have been allocated 28pps per day.

Monday - Day 1

B - grapefruit in natural juice, OSS with 70ml semi skimmed milk (4)

L - homemade chicken and veg soup (3) with 70g granary bread (5) and 2tsp Lurpak (2)

T - WWFH beef lasagne (7) with lashings of veg followed by Activia Snackpot Strawberry (3) may have to review use of them!! :eek:

Anytime - 1/2pt skimmed milk (3), melba toast (2), 2 x DL light triangles (1)


Daily pp - 30/28

Weekly pp used this week - 2/49

Tuesday - day 2

B - 2 rounds h/m granary bread with Lurpak (12), grapefruit

L - not having any as won't be home in time - thus the bigger breakfast!

T - WW beef lasagne (7) with veg, activia snackpot (3)

A - red wine (9) milk for tea (3)


Daily pps = 34/28

Weekly pps used = 8/49
