Day 1 and Going for it

Hi All

I'm Kerry from Doncaster and hoping (no scrap that and think positive is going to lose) to lose about 3 1/2 stone on the Cambridge plan. This is Day one and i've just had the Choc mint shake and YUM. Got porridge for tea so that I can still sit with the family for the evening meal - well that the strategy i'm hoping for at the mo. Does any one have any coping strategies that I can use when times get hard lol think I need to get prepared:). I've booked the week off work to make sure I have no temptations are stress from work colleagues. I'll keep you all posted on the WI next Friday night. xxxxx

Thanks everyone the support on here is amazing.

Day 2 - Woke this morning still very motivated I now his may sound stupid but I feel like i'm slimmer in my head already because I know i'm gonna do this lo l
. I've had my choc mint shake I love them I think they are my favorite but not tried all the flavors yet. I've booked this week off work so that 1. I don't get any greif and also it gives me chance to work through any side effects that may occur. Can't wait for my 1st weigh in on Friday night. It's my sons 6th birthday today and he wants to go out for tea but now he's not bothered because the family are coming round. We had his party on Saturday and as I make cakes I have cupcakes and birthday cake all over the house but tbh it's really not bothering me.
I nearly sliped up a school on of my friends little girls had some tic tacs and I asked her for one then 'TING' I remembered and said NOOOOOO really quickly lol. Soooooo funny. So lets see what the rest of the day has to offer. Next pint of water on its way.
