Hi as I said on day 1 and it's this time of day I struggle I know if I can get through first two days I'll be fine just need keep myself extra busy I suppose
On day 1 here too and hoping to stay on tfr till hols in 7 weeks! So trying to focus on just today and tomorrow and definitely no further than week 1 weigh in.
Cleaned out all my kitchen cupboards today to keep mind off food. In another day or two I will be too tired to do anything, so doing it while I can.
