Step 1 Sole Source Day 1 .....here it goes!

So I am on my first day of sole source and I had a toffee bar for breakfast. Really didn't like it!!!
I am really worried that I won't like any of the food :/
feeling really hungry already! Starting to wonder why I started this ..... Lol
 
Hi! Welcome!! Well done for making the start. Try one of the shakes, you may like it! I'm surprised you have the bars on week one, I'm just into week 2 now and I'm not allowed the bars til week 3?
 
I have to say I didn't like any of the bars except the lemon one. Some of the soups are nice, shakes are good and I enjoy the porridge too. Remember your reasons for starting the Diet and imagine how you'll feel when you hit your target. The first few days are the hardest, but hang in there abs it will be worth it x
