well done on starting your first day, if I have a bad day i end up taking it hour by hour and if I do feel hungry I find something to occupy myself. (aswell as drinking lots of water)
Well done on your first day! I'm fairly new too - on day 3
ermm my tip is probably to drink lots of water and also keep yourself busy. I took advantage of this and decided to have some 'me' time e.g. Long bath, DIY Pedicure, moisturised from head to toe - the list goes on. After all, if I'm going to lose weight I definitely want my skin & everything else to look good.
