Day 1..... Not 2 bad...yet...!!

    Ooooo its my first day 2day!! Not 2 bad yet! Will the starvation kick in soon?? So hope i can do this! :confused:

    Any tips for me please?? Wld be very much appricated. :)

    Well done, 1 day done, now day 2:)

    Keep busy, drink water and remember why your doing this:)

    Also, just take one day at a time.x

    well done on starting your first day, if I have a bad day i end up taking it hour by hour and if I do feel hungry I find something to occupy myself. (aswell as drinking lots of water)

    Hi Janey :)

    Well done on your first day! I'm fairly new too - on day 3 :)

    ermm my tip is probably to drink lots of water and also keep yourself busy. I took advantage of this and decided to have some 'me' time e.g. Long bath, DIY Pedicure, moisturised from head to toe - the list goes on. After all, if I'm going to lose weight I definitely want my skin & everything else to look good. :p

    when u get hungry, do something like pamper your nails. kept me busy for almost an hour!

    If I start to find things difficult I halve all my meal packs so I can have what seems like extra :) you will be fine :)
