Mmmm day 12 on ss+ . And hust bloody well ate a steak. What the hell did I do that for. Been having a chicken salad for the last 12 days and just could eat anymore chicken.
Soooooo annoyed with myself,but think its because the scales haven't moved for days. And now they won't.
I know I not allowed to have it so why do I have it, only ever done 11 days before and was well chuffed to reach 12 days.
Kicked myself up bum tomorrow going to count as day 13, as I know if I go back to one I won't make it again :-(
