Hi Everyone, just want to introduce myself as I have a feeling Ill be getting to know a few of you over the next while!
I started TFR yesterday - this is my 2nd time doing it & had a really positive experience the last time, which was back in 2007, I lost over 3 stone and managed to keep 2.5 stone of that off myself
Since then however, Ive had a baby (he is 4months now) and I really put on a lot during the pregnancy so want to lose it all again. I have 2 stone to lose (maybe more) so it will be a long enough journey, but i know it can be done & I Know it can be kept off, so well done to all of you & I look forward to geting to know some of you over the next few weeks.
Day 2 is hard
But I knew it was going to be ...... just have to keep busy until ketosis kicks in & then Ill be laughing
