I am only on day 2 (of my restart after 2 weeks off, and the previous 2 or 3 weeks on-and-off after a couple of 100% months) so this is really pathetic, but I just am struggling so much not to rifle through the fridge :sigh:
I know the best advice is get out and about and do stuff, or keep busy etc do hair nails so on, but my dissertation is due in on Thurs and I can't do anything but that because I haven't finished it and feel guilty if I do anything else. I'm trying to concentrate on that, but just sat here at the laptop is so hard without letting my mind wander to food!
I've had all 3 shakes already and about 2 litres of water at least, probably more like 3.
Theres tuna and mayo in the fridge from when I made my OH some lunchtime tuna mayo melt toasties and I'm dying to have some, and toffee crisp popcorn open next to me from the cinema last night and I'm dying to gobble it all up!! (edit: not my popcorn, I had nothing at cinema obv! They're my OH's)
ARGH! If I eat I'll be back to square 1 and I have so far to go, I just need to get on with it or I'm delaying my goal weight further and further. Each time I think '1 day won't hurt, I'll get on it tomorrow' but 1 day always turns into much more (like a month!)
What can I doooo...was gonna watch Supersize vs Superskinny as per someone's advice to someone else on here I saw, but there isn't any new episodes lol I've seen them all!
