It's day 2, I weighed in at my biggest 17.13
I've done lighter life before about 7 years ago and I lost a lot of weight, I then gained all my weight back
but I did have a baby and lost my job, so that seemed to be my excuse. I have decided that how's the time to act but I'm very very hungry :cry:and hoping that its true that it gets easier.
Im going to have a soup for dinner, I've tried the premed shakes and very impressed so far.
Any suggestions on good flavours?
