Day 2 Rambles..........

........day 2. Feeling a bit disheartened but thought I'd come on here to have a little rant and maybe feel a little better .

Been here before but never stuck it out longer than 3 1/2 weeks so want to see it through this time. Felt very light headed today and know its day 2, just need to get past tomorrow. My husband has been a great support and this site is amazing, you've all done so well.

Just going to have my vanilla shake and hopefully start to feel a little more 'full'

ur doing the right thing coming on here when ur feeling down, the stories are so inspirational. im on day 24 today and im adamant im sticking with it until i had my goal dead on. good luck and enjoy ur shake. xx
