Day 2 - serious HEADACHE!!

OMG HAD THE HEADACHE FROM HELL ALL DAY!!!:wave_cry:

Is this normal for day 2 - i know about the headaches but didnt realise it would happen so soon!!
Had 6 pts so far and 4 paracetamol - is this normal :cry:

Yes , after about two days on VLCD you will get a headache lasting for a day , and no matter how many tablets you take won't move it , just think tomorrow will be better .

I am on day 5 and I"m still getting them every once in awhile. Drink lots of water...it helps.

Day 3 - no headache!!!! Feel fine again now - but thank god its over worse ever - was in bed at 9 lol ; )
