i am on day 3 too chelsea god woke up with awful headache, how do i know if i in ketosis still feel dizzy and sleepy so mustn be

My consultant gave me some sticks to wee on ketosis sticks i guess

I know you can buy them though, she gave me 4 but il buy a load

I know a lot of people test for ketosis, but as long as you are following the plan 100% then there is no reason to....

yeah they are around £5-£10, once your in you dont need to retest, as long as you stick to the plan,
dont do it first thing in the morning, it will be dark and mean your dehydrated, do it mid morning after a drink and shake, and you will get a good result. x
