Day 2

So I am in to day 2, had a good day yesterday, feeling even greater today. Just had a hot choc mint, lush or what!!! But those nana teatra's taste and smell like iron tablets, urgh will have to change them.

Down 3 pounds overnight, obviously water loss but hey i'll take it.

Loving this diet already, roll on day 3!!!

well done for surviving the first day Janey, and you are half way through day 2 now. you may even (hopefully) wake up and find yourself in ketosis in the morning and then it will start to get much easier.
