Day 3............HELP

Uh day 3 and I am so tired I could actually curl up under my desk and sleep.

All I want is a can of red bull.... (i know not allowed)

I am so bored of drinking still/sparkling water already and the thought of black tea makes me gaggg...

Any ideas what your allowed instead.

I did however make a fab drink last night, half a vanilla shake with half the amount of water with 6 ice cubes 1 teaspoon of coffee.....OMG amazing exactly like a caramel light frappacino from Starbucks. And as it was only half a pack I got to have 2. I felt so naughty.

Dreamer you can have a little bit of milk in your tea. You can class your milk as SS+ to be honest the tiny amount of milk you might drink twice a day doesnt change anything with your weight loss.

Try the water flavourings ..dont make them strong like it says on the tub - just a teeny but in a glass of water. After a while you probab;y wont even use the flavourings ... I found it great in th early days but now if I forget it doesnt matter.

I find that 1 tsp in 2 litres of sparkling water is fine!

I can definitely taste it, and it becomes more like 2 litres of pop - much easier to drink! :D
