day 3 - its all good!!

hi all

ive jsut finished day 3 - and its going really well.

have ben planning and aware of what im eating... getting hungry when it comes to a meal time but satisfied afterwards.... also ive discovered 1% milk - 86 cals for 200ml.... will post to inform on another thread....

today:

milk semi 200cal
( hadnt discovered 1% till tonight!)
belvita biscuits 214
bread 110
chicken 80
lettuce
salad cream
hula hoops 123
hula hoops 123 (second pack)
ww meal 403
veg

1253 and a snack size twix - but dont know how much that is yet....
