Day 40

Cant believe its day 40 it only feels like ive been doing the diet for a week or so.

Still finding the weekends hard though. Im not giving in to temptation but im getting moody. It must be down to boredom.

I've just looked at your albums. Big difference,you should feel great - looking good. Have a fab time in U.S. We will welcome you back. it'll be hard staying on track over there, but it can be done. Blonde Logic is from California and went home for Thanksgiving and did really well.

Awww thank u i dont see much of a difference but i think its coz i look at myself in the mirror everyday.

Im staying positive about the diet in America. Im just gonna do everything in moderation and take 1 day at a time. Our first hotel in Anaheim has a gym so i think i'll pop on the treadmill a few times lol.
