I haven't posted for agggeesss and have severely fallen off the diet wagon.
On Monday I started low carb eating and i have managed to stick to under 20g per day (according to my calculations I'm not even using that) but I don't feel tired or lethargic at all. Most of the posts I've read seem to be people in week 1 feeling awful! I don't possess a set of scales to weigh myself (I think those things are evil!) so am going by my clothes. So far they don't feel any different.
I got some Ketostix and they show I'm in Ketosos (I know they are not always reliable) and i have the white flecks in my wee (sorry!) that i've heard is another way to tell.
Is it normal not to feel rubbish and if i'm sticking to under 20g of carbs will it be working??
Perhaps someone with more experience or further down the diet path will be able to help me out?
