day 6

day 6 already ,doing ok little tired but not to bad.felt very bloated last nite but seems to have gone now ,went to the gym this morning did 40 mins slow cardio n was fine:) got karate tomoz nite , trying to keep busy and drink plenty :gen125: oh and freezing cold all the time ,lecky blanket every nite :p xxxxxxx
 
awww - get someone to cuddle you to keep you warm hun!!! :)
 
I feel the cold on a normal day but on this diet i feel as though i have frostbite in my fingers and toes. maybe if they drop off it will show a bigger loss on the scales lol
 
Well done - day 6 will soon be over, then you'll have done a week.

If you do lots of exercise make sure you drink more water - and maybe have a little protein like chicken as well if you feel you need it.
