Aww.. I must admit I've found today quite difficult :( Been quite emotional and low.

I'm sure after reading everything on here it will pass and we'll be full of energy and showing off our new skinny bodies so thats definatly something to smile about :D

First week is a drag.. just think about how much time we spend enjoying food.. thinking about what to eat.. where to eat.. who with.. suddenly all that time is free.. so we have to fill a big void... some people do so by writing a blog.. others read books.. some even post on here and encourage one another...

The tip i have for when your feeling low.. is to right down.. memorise.. stick on a wall.. reasons for why your doing this.. i also have an A3 piece of paper with all the things i want to do in my new shell.. and i look at them each morning and evening... and everytime your feeling low look at them.. remind yourself of your reasons.. like reason 1, 2,3, etc...
Think of this like a battle.. and before any battle the key to success is preparation.. to have multiple arsenal at your disposal so that you can fight anything that hits you.. (have a look at my blog if you want My journey with my 1Pac)

I also have a youtube video which i watch when i wake up.. and when i feel like giving up...
