I'm doing really well I'm happy with my motivation over the past couple of days especially since I'm in my inlaws

Breakfast- two boiled eggs with a glass of oj

Lunch- I slice of sour dough bread toasted with tomato and scallions on top with a pinch of toast
Banana 0% yogurt and handful of grapes H/E B

Dinner- skimming world chips with a drizzle of mc Donald's curry sauce and a crispy mince pancake with a small glass of milk H/E A

Snack- curly wurly , kiwi and grapes
