day one ( AGAIN!!!!)

Well here goes day one for me again!!

have not followed Cambridge for quite a while but want to do it till xmas see what i can lose then come new year going to go to slimming world as me hubby want to start trying for another baby so i want to get my body back into healthy eating.

so just got to keep thinking of why i am doing the cambridge diet ( don't want to go through another pregnancy being really overweight and not enjoying the pregnancy!)

so here goes guys day two here i come!!
