Day one: Hunger pangs

It's 10pm, I'm watching Alan Carr and would normally be chomping on naughty food by now hence why I nee to lose 4st!

I had a choc milk shake for breakfast, chicken and mushroom soup for lunch and a nasty porridge for dinner.. Yak. However, I'm now really hungry. Is this what I should expect in my first few days? I'm determined to lose my weight tho as none of my clothes fit me anymore.

Maybe I should brush my teeth and stop moaning!
