    Day4 and everythings going okaii :) bit weird being in college and not buying my usual £5-£10 worth of food!!
    Hopefully things stay as good as they are now :D really full on the 4 shakes so much so last night it was an effort to have the last one!! How does that make sense??!?:confused:
    Hope everyones ok, I know i shouldnt weigh myself but I did this morning and down another 1kg, this is crazy!!

    Nice one TD - puts the £66 into perspective doesn't it!

    Personally I prefer not to weigh between WIs as will only be disappointed if less lost than I think, but do whatever works for you.

    You will be allowed bars soon & that's a whole different experience.

    Thats a fab start hun :) although I would say get rid of the scales lol. I got obsessed with mine and it was really damaging, the whole losing 1 day and nothing for 4 days it was hard to see and it really got me down.

    I had eating problems before and was obbsessive with the scale so i am going to be dumping it in the bin, its just the last hard step to recovering from food!
