'Dead Fat' on iplayer

Hi. Hope this link works You might have seen this but if you haven't its worth having a look! It is a little gory ( autopsy on obese woman) but it does make you think about all the fat you can't see. I have never thought about the fat around my organs before only fat i could see/feel. Eye opening!

Wow i'll watch this later ive seen some abdominal surgery at work it's not pleasant and really is an eye openner

I couldnt download the whole thing but found it on you-tube in four parts... terrifying and not for those feeling down about their body already but it will keep me on the straight and narrow for sure! Thanks for the link!

OMG!!!

Just watched all 4 parts back to back on You Tube. What an eye opener. A bit graphic in places but will certainly make me think twice before going on another binging session.
