Hi Tracey, thanks for the link to your diary, will give me inspiration. Well I was a little p'd off after being exceptionally good all week but it's only half a pound and I know I can shift it. Going to up my exercise this week and see if I can go for a huge loss next Tues xx

Thanks Tracey, yeah I thought if I do stats I could have an overview of my week and it might help to look back on.
 
Really craving sugary things due to * week :( but I've been good all day, keeping my syns for an evening treat. I've also had a nasty migraine all day which I'd usually have chased away with chocolate and comfort food throughout the day. I swear, I think my body is trying to spoil things and make me go off plan but it ain't the boss of me! Lol.

Upping the exercise plan is looking good. Added 10 minutes on to my daily walk starting yesterday (by increasing the distance by an extra block). I've booked some classes at the gym for this weekend: Legs bums n tums, Zumba and Yoga. Also considering braving the pool in a cozzie :eek:, early of course, when it won't be busy.
 
Thanks Tracy. I've been getting on well this week although couldn't be bothered to update my diary. I have it all written down though so I've not fallen off the wagon or anything :). How are you getting on? :) x
