My OH is coeliac so eats these as they have no breadcrumbs in!
Have done a search but no joy, does anyone know the syn values of them??

you would need to provide full nutritional information and weight given for that nutritional information, so someone can put it through the syns calculator. Without it, it will be impossible to give the syn value.
