Reached my target, followed CD as any other day over Xmas, Im really chuffed, maybe over the next 3 days I will reach the 100kg mark

Don't beat yourself up spangles. I've stuck to plan, albeit a week of 810 and haven't even lost 5lbs this month!!! I'm at a complete loss and just hoping next week will be a good one otherwise I really think I'm going to have to explore other options
