December Exercise Challenge

Hey Ghost! you look like you're doing fabulously with your cycling and weight loss too!

Would you mind if I joined? I would like to take a walk every day for the rest of December ^^ it's not much but we all have to start somewhere!

How are you feeling about the impending Christmas temptations and what's your strategy? :)

Feel free to add yourself.
Just try and set yourself realistic targets and don't get to disheartened when sometimes they are not met.
Just take it easy until you are able increase your activities.

Like myself your weight gain would not have been immediate so it's a similar process to remove it.
In regards to temptations it's everything in moderation.

Yeah, sometimes I can compare myself to others and beat myself up a little when really I need to take it slow and appreciate the small milestones I am making :)
 
One hour and thirty minutes walked today! Around the woods and along the shore, sometimes being in nature is just so great for clearing the head!

Always good to get out in the open air regarding your walk.

Probably going to be about 30 km short overall this month but still a good effort.

Current Distance 1142.22 km this month out of 1174.5 km.

Ended the month about 32 km short of my target.
Weight is at around 214 lb at the moment so will need to be a little more strict with diet going forwards.

For the year 11,889 km which is a good distance overall on the exercise bike.
With 16,500 km completed since Mid August 2017.
