My addition to December 2018 exercise challenge.
I'm going to try and achieve 1174.5 km this month.
Will also try and remember how many days in December !!!

The only exercise I log is my time on the exercise bike.
That's 27 out of 31 Days at an average of 43.5 km on each exercise day.

It's been getting easier on the cycle as I've regained my previous fitness levels.
I have increased the level of resistance on the exercise cycle this month to reflect this.
Same daily distance target but at a higher wattage and resistance level.

I do two sessions a day most days @ 35 minutes, 92-100 rpm, 36-40 kph, 120-130 bpm & 230-250 Watts.

Previous Months

2018) July 1097.4 km, August "Ouch", September 355 km, October 972.1 km, November 1165.79
2018) January 1109 km, February 1182 km, March 1246.7 km, April 1279.8 km, May 1216.9 km, June 1123.1 km
2017) December 1070 km, November 985.8 km, October 1090 km, September 970 km, August 494 km.

15,358.59 km covered from August 2017 up to end Nov 31st 2018.

Definitely felt the increase in difficulty with the increase in resistance level.

Some days you have more energy but unfortunately today is not one of them.

I try to manage to my exercise target each day but it's not always possible for a multitude of reasons.
Although looking at my exercise logs it's been possible to notice I have hit my targets for the two week period.
Doing dual 35 mins sessions instead of 30 mins allows a rest day if desired each week.
But still working out at an average of an hr's exercise daily.
