I hope you are all right, and I see a loss next week. I'll try and stay focused, and give it another week to see what happens.

I'm going to post my food diary, so you can show me where I'm going wrong. I don't go to a meeting, I do it from home.

Oh Carol, what an awful result! ... Its rubbish when you know youve done extra well! ... I dont know what else to say, But maybe it will all catch up and show on the scales next week?!

When i was doing WW i had a week where i knew i was going out on the lash so i saved **** loads of points and guess wat i STS :mad:!!!!!
I saved too many i reckon GURRR
But it defo paid off the following week, think i lost 2 or 3 not sure!

Keep smiling and it'll come ta you next week im sure ;)

Milk - 1

Lunch
2 Pitta Bread - 5 (I don't usually eat 2 pitta bread, but I was hungry!)
Salad - 0
Turkey - 2.5

Snacks
Cadbury Light Chos Mousse - 1.5
Fat Free Crackers - 1
2 Satsumas - 0.5

So that's 13 points used
9 Left for dinner.

How does that sound?

Sounds lovely. My favourite is fish and chips with tatare sauce. I use ww chips and have tesco lightly dusted cod which is 2.5 points each, you get 2.5 tbsp of tatare sauce for 1.5 points.

I can quite easily each 2 pitta bread!:D
 
OMG what is wrong with me. After being so annoyed last week for putting 3 lbs on after being so good, and sticking to the plan, I have completetly blown it today!!

I am actually a Pig!!

Reading this will probably make you all feel sick, so i will apologise in advance.

Today I have had Lasagne and chips, small bowl of crisps, chocolate caramel shortbread type thing and a KFC !!! :cry:

I just want to scream, I am so stupid!!
