DecemberBride2008 .... is back after being missing for a while!!

Hi everyone

I'm feeling great today. I got up this morning, and did 600 jumps on my trampoline, then I did 50 sits and 25 weights on each arm. I'm feeling very positive, just hope it continues like this!

I'll write my food diary this evening.

Sounds like your doing very well Carol, i went back to the gym last night with personal trainer! Didnt realise how unfit i was!!!;)

I think I'm gonna have to invest in a WW cookbook to get some inspiration. All my low point dinners tend to be a bit samey iykwim!!

Dobbie - I've got the Points 2 cookbook, it is a few years old, but has lovely recipes in it :) I bought it from ebay.

I did another 420 jumps on my tramploine last night, so was very happy with that! That's over 1000 jumps yesterday.

Went to the hygieniest this morning, much wasn't much fun, and cost £40.

I'll fill in my food diary later.

Mmmm I agree! Love the lemon and ginger ones too!
I love my trampette, I don't count my bounces though, just jump on it every time the adverts come on lol

I don't count the jumps either, my trampette does that for me lol

It's cool really, counts the jumps, the time, and how many calories I burn :)

I'm good thanks, how are you?

I'd definately recommend most of the recipes I've made from the WW Points 2 cook book, but I wouldn't recommend the mushroom stroganoff!! The rice pilaff is yummy though :)

I'm going to make the lemon drizzle cake on the weekend, but only if I see a lose on the scales, otherwise no cake, even if it is WW will pass my lips lol
