Hi all,

after spending about 8 hours last night reading through the diets, I was going to go for WW, but needing to be really honest with myself, I know that I do not do well at keeping diaries so it woud not work for me.

Ive tried Sf before, not or long though, but Im getting married in 16 week, so I have to keep that in mind and hopefully it will get me through it.

I am looking to loose a dress size, would love to loose 2 but that isnt going to happen.

I got a treadmill for xmas, and im working on doing a few miles on that a day, not much I know, but the whole reason I am this big is because i cant walk far and do excercise due to my back and legs.

Im dreading the diet to be honest, Im a total coffee addict and I know that is something I really need to cut down on, and water I cant stand the taste of so it is going to be hard!

but hey if dieting was easy, everyone would be slim!

hiya lisa welcome to slimfast,,, well done on using the treadmill every day its a good way to start and possibly your back and legs will feel better with the weightloss

ive totally blown it over christmas and new year need to get back into it big style you shall hear the screams when i get back on the scales argggggggggggggggggg lol

I dont even want to get on the scales!

but im starting sf tomorrow so tuesday will be my wi day x

im restarting on wednesday once ive been shopping and bought in all the good food

lol, I haven't been shopping, I sent the other half!

stops me getting junk!

im just hoping that I can keep to the one meal a day, Im sure I will be fine!

if you like bovril thats a good way to help keep the hunger pangs at bay i buy the packets of 10 little cups and only 8 cals a cup not bad at all

or oxo cubes, the chicken ones taste like chicken soup!!! yummy!
