Definitive list of syns?

Hi I am about to embark on SW and wondered if there is a definitive list of syns? or can syns be calculated like that of ww pro points?

First of all I wonder if anyone knows the syn values of olives - on all plans? I'm liking the Asda Garlic and herb ones.

Hi, the definitive "list" of syns is either the SW website or the Syns Directory book. 8 plain olives in brine are 1 syn, but dressings/oils could add more syns if they are flavoured or in oil x

Thanks for that MissNix. I just wondered if there was a way of working out syn values... I so love Asdas Olives with herbs and lemon

If the product has no free food its 20cals=1syn but if it contains free food then you would probably need to do it on.the online calculator x
