Del monte tinned peaches

Can someone please tell me the syns for tinned peaches in juice -del monte

I fancy some with custard

tinned fruit, doesnt qualify for a free food allowance.

So it will be 1 syn for every 20 calories.

you can have tinned or dried fruit as a HEb though too if you have one spare, but can't remember the amount off the top of my head.
