Started the 30 day shred tonight! So that's my body magic for today :)
 
Day two of 30 day shred! Killing me!
 
First run of week 7 of Couch to 5k completed this morning so that's 7 weeks towards Platinum completed - only one more week to go starting Monday. My god the things I'll do for a certificate! :D
 
30 day shred again tonight and 70 squats as part of the squat challenge!
 
Nice thread. Did an hour at Funfitt, which involved skipping, running, pilates and aerobics. The instructor reckons we burn 500 calories in over the hour.
 
Day 5 of 30 DS this morning and day 7 of the squat challenge- 80 squats.
 
How did you get on with those squats? :D

Not too bad, but I dont think they are getting any easier! Haha! You doing to squat challenge too?
 
80 squats, 1 lap of a football pitch jogging, 1 hour funfitt tonight which will be a circuit training thing involving skipping, weights, running etc.
 
Had a couple of days off exercise, glad to be back into it! 30 Day shred and 110 squats
