Hi not sure if it's been talked about before, but I've had it confirmed that 2 of these tasty little beauties are allowed as our protein option.
I used to have them last year when I was on the diet, but thought I'd confirm with S&S anyway.
They are delicious, cheddar cheese wrapped in cooked ham. Yum, yum.

I do have the odd bit of cheese but I dont consider it ok, so this is interesting!

what bout some wafer thin ham and cottage cheese wrapped up, you might get more for your money in portion size!
