Alpen bar (Heb)
1/2 tub quark
Options hot choc
sweetener
vanilla essence
... fresh fruit

Warm alpen bar in microwave for 10-20 sec, then use to make a base for cheesecake.
Mix quark, options, sweetener and essence together.
Spoon half mixture over the base and cover with fruit, add remaining quark mix and decorate top with fruit and a grating of chocolate

I didn't have the ingredients for this so used the Alpen as a base with choc philadelphia on top and it was so tasty.
