    :cry: help have been on lt for two weeks first week done ok now need help to not nick food of kids plates as keep feeling hungry. any ideas dont want to fail now.

    more water hun, and take one day at a time and remember why you want to do this!!

    Starting weight - 11st 3 1/4lbs
    Goal weight - 9st

    started CD tues 20th May
    Goal 1 - get through day 1 (lol) Done!!
    Goal 2 - get to ketosis Done!! :D
    Goal 3 - 1st WI - 27/5/08 - 7.2lbs lost!! :D Done!

    hi , just like you i feel hungry too, but think of your goal and as debs said take one day at a time. you'll be o.k hun xx
