hi all its my second day again on ss+ and in on totm. not in ketosis yet feeling really down.had a cry :cry::cry::cry:

I know what you mean, I was feeling quite down yesterday (day 1) but I'm feeling a bit better.

I'm lucky since I don't have the TOTM anymore since I got the implant yay
