Details down the side

Hi there
I was just wondering how you get the details down the side of your post? The ones that detail your start weight, how much you have lost, your bmi and your percentage lost?
Any help would be much appreciated.

If you go to Update Details under User CP you just add your diet, start weight, current weight, goal weigh and height.

You can put them in by editing your details in the user control panel - Top left of the blue rectangle at the top of the forum Hope this helps.
