had my 2nd WI last night and was devastated to have gained the 1 1/2 that I lost the first week. My consultant said that I don't eat enough even though I've eaten more than ever before. Now I'm confused
I have had 2 poached eggs with baked beans and cherry toms for breakfast today instead of my usual fruit and yoghurt.
I'm making syn free soup for my lunch and cooking stirfry beef with tons of veg and noodles for dinner. If i'm hungry between meals I would normally have some fruit or a muller light yoghurt.
Trying to do the EE PLAN. Am I doing it wrong?????????????:sigh:
