Put on half a pound!!! It's my second week and I've not gone over points I been gym everyday sometimes twice!!! I haven't used many weekly and didn't touch activity points!! I did expect to loose any advise or tips?
Hi Aliwsmith. Sorry to hear that - how much did you lose the first week? Sometimes our bodies just do this! Keep at it and hopefully you'll have a great loss next week. I know it's hard to stay motivated when the results aren't showing but just focus on this week and it'll show at the next weigh in! Chin up! x
