    Put on half a pound!!! It's my second week and I've not gone over points I been gym everyday sometimes twice!!! I haven't used many weekly and didn't touch activity points!! I did expect to loose any advise or tips?

    Hi Aliwsmith. Sorry to hear that - how much did you lose the first week? Sometimes our bodies just do this! Keep at it and hopefully you'll have a great loss next week. I know it's hard to stay motivated when the results aren't showing but just focus on this week and it'll show at the next weigh in! Chin up! x

    I lost 5 last week it's just so dis heartening well I will keep at it cos hopefully it's just a blip but I don't know what more I can do!!!

    If you've been to the gym so much maybe your "gain" is simply muscle? You may not have gained fat weight at all. Chin up! Keep at it and you'll defo see the results :)
